Wehrmacht/Army Bayonet for Mountain Troops (Gebirgsjäger) with Etched Blade

Wehrmacht/Army dress bayonet for Mountain Troops (Gebirgsjäger) featuring double-sided blade etching: long pattern with a wide fuller; the obverse side bears an etched national eagle with oak leaves and the inscription "Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit" (In memory of my time in service). The reverse side features the manufacturer's mark "E. Pack & Söhne / Solingen" and the etched inscription "1. Geb.-Jäger-Rgt. 212". Nickel-plated zinc hilt with a rare etched Wehrmacht eagle on the pommel; genuine staghorn grip plates (undamaged) secured by two screw-rivets. Includes the matching iron scabbard, retaining approximately 90% of its original finish.
