Third Reich Railway Protection (Bahnschutz) Leader's Dagger, 2nd Model: Clean blade with original leather buffer pad and manufacturer's mark on the reverse: "Original Eickhorn/Solingen". Silver-plated non-ferrous metal fittings and crossguard; black Trolon grip with a relief-molded pommel. Original silver portepee for Railway Protection leaders, woven from aluminum thread with black interwoven strands. Matching smooth scabbard with intact silver plating and throat fitting. Complete with the original hanger for the leader's dagger: silver braid with black interwoven strands and velvet backing, featuring silver-plated non-ferrous metal slides, oak leaf wreaths, and snap hooks.

A notably rare and untouched Railway Protection leader's dagger in excellent condition.
