Allied Airdrop Propaganda Leaflets from 1943

Two original Allied airdrop leaflets from 1943: Propaganda leaflets dropped from airplanes to psychologically influence German soldiers and the population, referring to the defeat of the German 6th Army at Stalingrad and the capitulation of Tripoli. Under the striking headline "DER ANFANG VOM ENDE"(THE BEGINNING OF THE END) the leaflets show German generals taken prisoner at Stalingrad, including a rare image of captured soldiers from the 6th Army being paraded. On the reverse side, printed in bold red, is the final exhortation: "IHR HABT DIE WAHL !"(THE CHOICE IS YOURS!) The leaflets are marked "G6" and "G30", the "G6" edition is also documented in the collection of the Exile Archive 1933–1945, held by the German National Library.

One copy has holes punched in it, but both in very good condition.
