Waffen-SS Uniform/Field Blouse M-44 for EM/Sturmmann in 23rd.SS-Volunteer-Panzergrenadier-Division "Nederland"[Niederländische Nr.1] - Issue Tunic anno 1944/45:
Late War production brown/yellow wool type two pocket tunic, complete with all original applied insignia(continuous identical cotton type thread). Machine applied RZM Type Collar Runic Tabs with single Silverlitz wire and matching, white piped shoulderstraps for enlisted men. Left side with machine applied RZM Type SS Sleeve-Eagle, hand-applied Rank chevron & BeVo-Type Division-Cufftitle "Nederland"(4th.Model). Second button hole with hand-applied ribbon for Iron Cross and chest pocket with loops for single pin-on badge. Inside dull/silver HBT lining with maker-/size stamping "Betra.Ra"[Woman´s Concentration Camp Betriebe/Ravensbrück] and typical integrated white rayon strap. Complete with all original applied zinc-, glas- & presspaper buttons.
Unique rarity value: Field-blouses for foreign Waffen-SS Volunteer Units with category I[germanisch] are nowadays virtually only to be found in the United States or international Museums, thus posing a well financial investment. Because this volunteer-unit was nearly completely destroyed within the "Endkampf" for Berlin in 1945, it can well be assumed, that this example may probably be the only one existing, indeed combat-worn tunic by this unit at all = very nice, untouched condition as found.
